>> reporter: trista reynolds was in drug rehab when ayla disappeared.
>> since she has been there, she got a broken arm , ended up missing.
>> reporter: ayla 's broken arm was the result of an accident while carrying ayla in one arm and a bag of groceries in the other. he slipped and fell on top of her, breaking her arm.
